Entering the job market, changes in mentality and technological evolution are some of the topics that will be discussed in the webinar “Millennials – A job is not for life”, which will take place on next Saturday 12 to 16 hours. .
The initiative organized by the 3rd year students of the Human Relations and Organizational Communication course, of the Higher School of Education and Social Sciences of the Polytechnic of Leiria (IPLeiria), will also address the retention of talents and the effects of economic crises on job vacancies.
For this, the session counts with the participation of three speakers, all from the Millennial generation: Beatriz Cabrita, business & talent manager; Mariana Moura, responsible for happiness; and Manuel Clemente, writer.
